First Call Employment is a family run business that began in January 2000. Our experienced team can boast to having more than 80 years experience of working in the recruitment industry.

After 5 years consistent growth of our catering & domestic divisions, we were joined by ‘our old friend’ Mike Wade, to spearhead our growing commercial & industrial sectors in January 2005. These divisions are now going form strength to strength.

Since starting in Pitsea, Essex, we have opened an additional office in Central London, between these we are able to cover Central/Greater London, the whole of Essex & the Home Counties.

We pride ourselves on providing an honest & fast service to Clients & Candidates, who are seen as equally important & treated as such.
