Office Hours: 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
After 5.30pm Monday to Friday, Weekends and Bank Holidays calls are automatically transferred to our on-call service, manned by one of the ‘hands on’ consultants of the First Call team.

This service operates at the following times:

Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 8.30pm
Saturday 8am to 8pm
Sunday/Bank Holidays 8am to 6.30pm
