Responsibilities:
Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with care home standards
Adhering to modified texture diets and IDDSI guidelines
Ensuring all food hygiene and safety standards are met
Collaborating with care home staff to meet the dietary needs of residents
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef in a care home or similar environment
Knowledge and experience with modified texture diets and IDDSI
Enhanced DBS covering Adult workforce
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
