Chef Manager Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Ensure quality and timely service
Support Kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
Maintain food hygiene, health and safety, and restaurant standards.
Manage stock control, budgets, menu planning, compliance requirements
Chef Manager Job Requirements
Proven experience as Chef Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Chef
Relevant culinary qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Professional Cooking)
Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate or open to completing training with us
Valid or enhanced DBS Certificate or open to applying for one with us
Working knowledge of COSHH, health and safety regulations, and allergen management.
Ability to work under pressure.
