Chef Manager Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations 

  • Ensure quality and timely service 

  • Support Kitchen staff and delegate tasks.  

  • Maintain food hygiene, health and safety, and restaurant standards.  

  • Manage stock control, budgets, menu planning, compliance requirements 

Chef Manager Job Requirements 

  • Proven experience as Chef Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Chef  

  • Relevant culinary qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Levels 1, 2, and 3 in Professional Cooking)  

  • Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate or open to completing training with us  

  • Valid or enhanced DBS Certificate or open to applying for one with us 

  • Working knowledge of COSHH, health and safety regulations, and allergen management.  

  • Ability to work under pressure.
