Job Title: Chef Manager
Vacancy Type: Flexible Shifts
Pay Rate: From £19.00 per hour*

Surry Chef Manager Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely service
Supervise, motivate, and support kitchen staff, delegating tasks effectively
Uphold all food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen management standards
Maintain accurate records of costs, staffing, and compliance requirements
Chef Manager Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Chef in any setting
Relevant culinary qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent)
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a kitchen team
Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate OR open to applying for one with us
Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate OR open to completing training with us
Sound knowledge of allergen management, COSHH, and health & safety regulations
Confident, organised, and able to work well under pressure
