Chef Manager Job Details 

• Job Title: Chef Manager

• Pay Rate: From £19.00 per hour*

Responsibilities: 

• Take ownership of daily kitchen operations, from preparation through to service and close-down 

• Lead, train, and inspire your kitchen team to perform to the best of their ability 

• Ensure full compliance with food hygiene legislation, allergen protocols, and COSHH requirements 

• Oversee ingredient procurement, stock rotation, and waste reduction strategies 

• Keep accurate records of staffing, costs, and compliance documentation 

Requirements: 

• Significant experience in a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or Senior Chef capacity 

• Culinary qualification at an appropriate level (City & Guilds or equivalent) 

• Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team 

• Enhanced DBS Certificate OR open to applying for one with us 

• Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate OR open to completing training with us 

• Thorough understanding of allergen management and health & safety compliance 

• Excellent organisational and communication skills
