Key Responsibilities

As a Commis Chef, you will: 

  • Support Head and Sous Chefs: Assist in preparing fresh, high-quality meals, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. 

  • Ingredient Preparation & Stock Management: Ensure ingredients are prepped and organized, maintaining smooth kitchen operations. 

  • Skill Development: Gain hands-on experience across various kitchen sections, building essential culinary skills. 

  • Menu Creativity: Bring your ideas to life with opportunities to contribute to the menu and support special events. 

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef (or in a similar role).

  • Passion for Culinary Excellence: A genuine love for food and a keen interest in expanding your culinary skills. 

  • Team Player Attitude: Strong communication and time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen. 

  • Weekend Availability: Willingness to work on weekends with two days off during the week.
