Duties and responsibilities of a food and beverage manager:

As the F&B manager, you will lead the food and beverage operations at a luxury boutique hotel, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable dining experience for guests. This role requires a dynamic leader who can maintain the highest standards of service and quality. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all F&B operations within the hotel, ensuring seamless service and high customer satisfaction. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience, increase revenue, and maximise profitability. 

  • Manage, train, and mentor F&B staff to uphold service standards and hotel policies. 

  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of wines and cocktails, providing expertise and recommendations to guests. 

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all F&B areas. 

Required Experience & Skills: 

  • 4 - 5 Years of experience in a management role within a luxury 5-star hotel setting. 

  • Proven track record of managing F&B operations, with a strong focus on luxury and quality. 

  • Excellent knowledge of wines and cocktails. 

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. 

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
