• Job Title: Kitchen Porter

• Hours: 07:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (Weekend availability required) 

• Pay Rate: Competitive pay rates 

• Location: Redhill, Surrey (view map) 

Kitchen Porter Skills & Experience 

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential 

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong work ethic and reliability 

• Team player with a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment regularly.

• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food and kitchen supplies, ensuring FIFO.

• Dispose of waste according to health and safety regulations, and keep bins clean.

• Support chefs with basic food prep tasks and set up workstations as needed.

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and refrigerators.

• Keep the kitchen organized and tidy, assisting with various tasks as needed.

• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
