About the Role 

As a Sous Chef, you will: 

• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation. 

• Oversee daily kitchen activities, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. 

• Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration. 

Requirements 

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a reputable restaurant. 

• Strong cooking skills, with a passion for using fresh, local ingredients. 

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. 

• High standards for food quality and presentation. 

• Dedication to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment. 

What We Offer 

£30,000* per annum.
